Prior to its founding in 1996, DEXDesign Associates’ founder, Truman Hudson, Jr. realized that a void needed to be filled in the non-profit community. Organizations needed help internally in order to reach their full potential of helping build viable communities and change lives. Therefore DEXDesign (DEX) was formed with the sole purpose of building the capacity of nonprofits to equip them with the tools to make a positive impact in the community.
